Mossroam eSIM Shipping Policy

Delivery Method

Mossroam eSIM is a digital product. No physical shipping is required.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, your eSIM details (including the QR code and installation instructions) will be sent directly to your email address.

Delivery Time

  • Your eSIM will be sent within 24 hours after your order is successfully placed and paid.
  • In most cases, you will receive your eSIM much sooner, but please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
  • If you have not received your eSIM within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Sunday (including public holidays).

Receiving Your eSIM

  • Your eSIM will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your email address is correct when placing the order.
  • Mossroam is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your eSIM within 24 hours:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Search your inbox for “Mossroam eSIM”
  3. Contact us at support@mossroam.net or via live chat for assistance

No Shipping Fees

Since eSIM is a digital product, there are no shipping or handling fees.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your eSIM due to a technical issue on our side and cannot provide an alternative, you are eligible for a full refund according to our Refund Policy.
