When will l receive my eSlM?

Once you make the payment, we will send your Mossroam eSIM to the email you entered during the purchase process in 24 hours.

QR code Validity period

The QR code is valid for 180 days from the date of receipt of the code

When should l set up my eSlM?

You need WiFi to set up your eSIM so we recommend that you install and activate your eSIM just before your departure. You can also wait until you arrive at your destination to activate the eSIM but remember that you need a prior WiFi connection for the set-up process.

Can eSlM be installed on different devices?

Mostly one eSIM can be only installed on one device,some of the device like iphone might support the eSIM installed on different device of same brand.
